Ear Massage: Simple chi gong to relieve pain, stress, and tension

Ear massage is a health practice from Chi Gong, the restorative exercise tradition from Chinese medicine. The ear is a map of your body, massaging the whole ear increases "feel- good" brain chemicals and relieves stress and tension, decreasing pain throughout the body and especially the neck.

Perform this 2-minute ear massage twice per day, once in the morning, once in the evening and anytime you feel stress or tension building.
